I am an Executive Career Coach who earned my Advanced Diploma in Career Coaching from New York University (NYU). I absolutely enjoy my role as a coach and seek to help others by using my humor, strong interpersonal skills and unique perspective. I have galvanized and motivated hundreds of individuals achieve their goals and enhance their personal brand exponentially. My areas of specialization include: transitional and outplacement coaching, career development for high school and college graduates, personal branding for professionals at all levels, leadership development, media training, and motivational speaking. As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant, I work with companies on the implementation of a DEI framework fine-tuned to their needs.

As the President of WorldCeres Inc., an international consultancy focused on Career Coaching, Soft Skills Training and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; my clients  have included Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations community, EdTech start-ups, ivy league universities and colleges, high schools, historically black colleges and universities (HBCU’s), real estate agencies, law firms and staffing agencies just to name a few. 

As the Creator/Host of The Global Advocate Career Podcast, I have had (with a fluency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese) the pleasure of interviewing over 100 fascinating individuals who have given a personal perspective behind their professional lives.

With extensive experience in US government (New York City Council/NYC Comptroller’s Office/, New York State Senate/Executive Chamber – Governor’s Office), international affairs (US State Department/Government of the Principality of Andorra) and international education (International School of Brooklyn/New York University); I am very familiar with various workplace dynamics. As a creative, I am a stand-up comedian, actor, producer and painter as well as 1st Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
